Refund & Cancellation Policy
Effective date: 12 February 2026. This policy explains how cancellations and refunds are handled for ViroMax educational services. Terms may vary depending on the service format and timing. Where mandatory consumer rules apply, they prevail.
1) Scope
This policy applies to educational services offered by ViroMax, including self-paced learning paths, guided sessions, and workshop-style formats. It does not cover third-party services you may purchase independently.
2) Definitions
- Self-paced materials: digital learning content provided for independent study.
- Guided sessions: scheduled learning sessions or support sessions agreed in advance.
- Workshop: team/group session delivered live or in a structured short format.
- Start date(ce) date: the date when access begins or when a session is scheduled to occur.
3) Self-paced materials
If self-paced materials are provided with access starting on a specific date, cancellations are handled as follows:
- Before access begins: you may request cancellation prior to the start date.
- After access begins: refunds may be limited due to the nature of digital content and access provision.
In practice, we review requests case-by-case and may ask for basic context (start date, service type, and the email used to enroll).
4) Guided sessions
For guided sessions scheduled in advance:
- Reschedule request: if you notify us in advance, we may propose alternative dates depending on availability.
- Late cancellation: cancellations close to the scheduled time may not be eligible for a refund due to preparation and reserved time.
5) Workshops (team/group)
Workshops require preparation and time allocation. If your team needs to reschedule, contact us as soon as possible. For cancellations close to the scheduled date, refunds may be limited or not available because the session time has been reserved.
6) Non-refundable items and exceptions
Depending on the circumstances, the following may be non-refundable:
- Services already delivered (fully or partially)
- Digital materials for which access has already been granted
- Reserved sessions canceled late
If an error occurs on our side (e.g., duplicated charge or incorrect service allocation), we will review and address it promptly.
7) How to request a refund or cancellation

- The service type (self-paced, guided session, workshop)

8) Processing and timelines
After receiving your request, we may ask for clarifying information. If a refund is approved, processing time can vary depending on the method used and external processing timelines.
9) Disputes
If you believe a decision was made in error, reply to the email thread with additional context and we will review it. Where applicable, mandatory dispute-resolution mechanisms may apply under local rules.
